Are you a nature-based service (providing  Health & Wellbeing support based in nature)  provider looking to make a positive impact in your community? One Planet Matters invites you to collaborate with us through our Nature, Health, and Wellbeing Network.

What We Offer:

The opportunity for you to become part of our network delivery team. Our community project green spaces often provide the perfect setting for your activities, whether they involve therapeutic gardening, wildlife workshops, or outdoor mindfulness sessions.

We can then apply for funding to support your activities if we feel that will add to what we are already able to offer in the areas we are active (South Gloucestershire & Caerphilly)
